  • • Coated Book Stock (CBS) (Grade #43)

    Consists of coated groundwood free paper, printed or unprinted in sheets, shavings, guillotined books and cuttings, guillotined books and cutting. A reasonable percentage of paper containing fine groundwood may be included.

  • • Coated Flyleaf Shavings (Grade #27)

    Consists of lightly printed trims from magazines, catalogs and similar printed matter, not limited with respect to groundwood, uncoated or coated stock. The bleed of cover, insert card stock and beater dyed paper may not exceed 2%.

  • • Coated Soft White Shaving (SWS) (Grade #28)

    Consists of unprinted, coated, and uncoated shavings and sheets of white groundwood free printing paper.May contain a small percentage of groundwood.

  • • Computer Print Out (CPO) & Laser Printed White Ledger (Grade # 42)

    CPO & Laser Printed White Ledger shall consist of laser printed white ledger and CPO (continuous Computer Print Outs) that can not be certified as laser free.
    In US it consists of white groundwood-free paper in forms manufactured for use in data processing machines. This grade may contain colored stripes and impact or non-impact (e.g. laser)computer printing, and may contain no more than 5% groundwood in the pack. All stock must be untreated and uncoated.

  • • Corrugated Container (OCC) (Grade #11)

    Consists of corrugated containers having liners of either test liner, jute or kraft.

  • • Hard Mixed Paper (HMP) - ISRI Grade #3

    Consist of a clean, sorted mixture of various qualities of paper containing less than 10% groundwood content.

    Consists of groundwood free cuttings, shavings, or sheets of unprinted, untreated, and uncoated white envelope paper.

  • • Hard White Shaving (HWS) (Grade #30)

    Hard White shall consist of uncoated, unprinted, ground wood free white papers and cuttings. May include bond or ledger quality papers.Must be of direct pulp substitute quality.

  • • Lightly Printed Bleached Board Cutting Grade #45

    Consists of groundwood free printed bleach board cutting, free from misprint sheets, cartons, wax, greaseproof lamination, metallic and inks, adhesives or coating that are insoluble.

  • • Lightly Printed Bleached Kraft (LPBK)

    Lightly Printed Bleached Kraft shall consist of lightly (one side, light ink coverage) printed bleached Kraft sheets, trimmings and folded materials. Must be free of groundwood fibers, foreign material laminates and water insoluble glues.

  • • Magazines (OMG) Grade # 10

    Magazines shall consist of sorted magazines whole or shredded, must be free of hot melt glues or water un-soluble bindings, (staple bound materials acceptable). May include coated or uncoated groundwood Fibers.

    Consists of sorted, fresh newspapers, not sunburned, containing not more than the normal percentage of rotogravure and colored sections.May contain magazines.

    Consists of coated magazines, catalogues, and similar printed materials.May contain a small percentage of uncoated news-type paper.

    Over Issue News shall consist of loose or bundled pressroom over issues of newspapers. May not contain magazines, or color inserts. No Prohibitive permitted.
